Art TOSBy commisioning me you agree to all terms and conditions stated here.RIGHTSAll art is delivered via Drive. If the client needed the art can send the commission via E-MailThe artist can use the arwork to promote their art. The artist will tag the client. In case that the commissioner don't want any of these they just need to tell the artistThe commissioner can use the work online, print for personal use, repost, resize, and make minor edits to the artwork.The commissioner CAN'T resell or mass-produce the artwork without an additional commercial license contract. If commercial use is needed we can talk about it!1.2 Edits and changesThe commissioner has the right to:Sketch step: 1 big changes (like pose) and 5 small changes (expressions, details on hair, etc...)-Lineart step: Minor changes like details in the hair or different eyelashes-Color step: No changesOn normal commissions and complex ychIf the commissioner want more changes it will cost extra depending of what the commissioner want
Changes on artist's errors are free (different color that in the reference, different clothes, a different pose that the commissioner ask for...etc...)On simple ych (not animated) the commisioner has the right to ask for small changes once the piece is fully doneOnce a animation is done no changes can be done without a extra cost1.3 Cancellations and refundsCommissioner and artist has the right to cancell the commission for any reason. Refund depends of how much the artists advance on the artwork (sketch commissions, simple ych. or simple ones can't be refund)Sketch only – 80% Refund
Inks started – 30% Refund
Color started– 0% refund2.2. I upload all the references sheets and details about commissions on trello. This helps me to have an order. Only clients have access to this page so don't feel worry about thiefs. if you still worried about this you can ask me to upload the reference with a watermark.3.- TIME ESTIMATES AND PAYAll comissions takes around 1 to 8 weeks to be completed if you want your commission to have prior you can ask for it to make a quote, the time stimated depends a lot of the queueAll prices are on Euro and pays are done on Paypal or Bank transfer on MexicoThere is no restrictions on types of characters, but complexity can determine a different price.Any commission less than $50 must be paid in full before the work is started
Any commission over $50USD can be paid with partial payments but full pay is well recived too!All commissions and prices are by default Safe For Work.NSFWIf you are interested in NSFW content, you must provide a detailed description of what you want to receive a custom quote.
